After the summer crowds leave Viareggio it becomes a tranquil beachside town, not far from the Italian Riviera. This great mix of Tuscany includes time on the Ligurian Sea and in Chianti: cypress trees and palm trees, red tile roofs, seafood, wine and pasta. We’ll spend half our time in the Chianti countryside at a beautiful villa and half in a beachfront hotel. We’ll visit gems like Siena, Lucca and the Cinque Terre villages, we’ll go truffle hunting and cook alongside a world-class chef – who comes out of retirement only for our fun small groups!
